Skirt pattern and pencil skirt

Here is the tutorial that I used to make my cardboard skirt pattern. This is a very detailed and easy to understand tutorial, and I highly recommend it to anyone. I have not followed the tutorial for making the skirt yet, but when I do I will post it!
